MEGA TORQUE GII

MEGA TORQUE GII is a timing belt with a round tooth profile (STPD tooth profile) that enables high-load power transmission through the use of a specially formulated rubber compound.

Compared to the conventional MEGA TORQUE G, it delivers approximately 1.5 times higher transmission capacity for MTS3M, approximately 1.3 times for MTS5M, and approximately 1.5 times for MTS8M. This allows for a narrower belt width, contributing to more compact, lightweight, and lower-noise equipment designs.

High Power Rating

Compared to our Mega Torque G timing belt, it is possible to transmit a load that is approximately 1.5 times higher.

* MTS5M provides approximately 1.3 times higher transmission capacity compared to the MEGA TORQUE G timing belt.
High Jumping Torque

Compared to our Mega Torque G timing belt, it achieves a jumping torque characteristic that is approximately 1.3 times greater.

Low Noise

Compared to the Mega Torque G timing belt, noise has been reduced by approximately 12%.
